Evaluate all Group 2's within Group 1

Greetings!

I need to suppress records based on the group 2's that are rolled up into a Group 1. Here's an example of the layers:

GH#1 93379
GH#2 26
GH#2 TC

GH#1 93380
GH#2
GH#2 TC

GH#1 93381
GH#2
GH#2 26
GH#2 TC

There are many varying combinations, but I only want to see the data if under Group 1 there is a null group2 AND a 26 group2 AND a TC group2. In the above example, I really only want to see the last Group 1. What do I write in the supression or selection criteria to get the correct result?
