Eval Windows to Full Windows

I got an eval copy of Win2k3 Standard R2. I installed it.
Before 14 days hit, I got a full product key, and swapped it into it. I then activated it.
Now I am not sure if when 180days hit, if windows is going to stop, or if its going to keep going.

Anyone know?

i read if i install 180day eval, i can get a full version and choose upgrade, and it will keep the settings in tact.

that would keep my accounting system in tact also i assume?
