I'm considering creating an emergency agent that when logged on will force Symposium to route calls off site to a backup location rather than skillset routing on premise.

Should this be done in the Master script or in each individual script? I have about 20 CDN's that would need this treatment.

I would do it in the master if the emergency treatment is the same for all scripts.

You also have to take reports into consideration. If you need to know how many of each call type received emergency treatment , then you might consider making the check in the individual primary scripts.

Finally, you should insert the emergency check into any loops you have in the primary scripts (as well) to catch calls already in queue when the emergency condition is enabled.
