There is a 2TB vdisk size limit on the EVA5000s. My question is what do you do if you need to present more that 2TB as a single volume? We need to present to users more than 3TB of space as a single volume. Could we span the two Vdisks thru Windows or is DFS our best option? Any ideas?

What type of Filesystem?

It would be recommended to use a Volume Manager such as Veritas to expand/stripe multiple LUNs together to increase the size.

The file system is NTFS. Doing this shouldn't effect the SAN data protection should it?
