euro sign as a question mark

When a user in my office receives mail with a € sign outlook express shows at as a quesstion (?) mark.

So in an email message you get the following

Price is ? 199,-

What is should be is

price is € 199,-

Does someone have an idea? I allready updated everything.

Yep. Got it. There were some older fonts installed on the computer. Installed the latest fonts and up and running. Thanks for the tip
