Of all the forums I go to, none has had this info.
Pulling the battery=X!
This, works! At start-up date, hold the - & + buttons.
Screen will be blank. Push 456, it will ask to select 1 or 2 to turn off ink gauge. Repeat, using 789 for color gauge.
It will print in color, but the config page will still show 0% for ink. When the color goes out, it is truely empty.
