When I open outlook I get the EULA every time. I accept the EULA however doesn't take care of the prob. After accepting the EULA twice a blank Word Doc pops up. I then can use e-mail or any office apps. Any suggestions.

was the install completed on the ADMIN account before going to a user account? try loging on as someone with admin privliges and running it .. then go back to the other user.
