Eudora Error when adding a new entry in address book

Why do I get this error when trying to add a new entry into the address book?
Cold not rename file from C:\DOCUME~1\ADMINI~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\NNdbase.tmp.to
C:\Program Files\Qualcomm\Eudora\Nickname\Bob's.txt.
