I collect my mails through an imaps incoming mail, until now, it works correctly. but since the certificate has been renewed,
I encountered an error message using SSL connection:

negociation status: succeed
ssl version: ssl_protocol/version_tlsv1
key exchange algorithm: RSA
encryption algo: 3DES(168bits)
integrity Check algo: SHA

certificate error: cert chain not trusted
try adding this certificate to your certificate database for ssl to succeed
unknown certificate chain validation error: code (0)

server certificate: verified ok

----->in consequence I can't get my mails anymore....even after adding the certificate in my trusted bin...through the certificate information manager

could anybody lights me ????

thanks

I'm having the same problem...the expired certificate mysteriously appeared when I updated my ZoneAlarm (free version) from 4.5 to 5.05 last night.

I've tried adding the certificate ("expired April 9, 2003") to the trusted sites, importing additional certificates from the Qualcomm/Eudora site, etc. No dice.

ZoneAlarm's automated tech support doesn't help. Any suggestions?
