EU 24 and 5420 on an IPO 9.0

I am trying to install a EU24 with a 5420. I have a 1151B1 power supply. I am able to get the 5420 to come online but the 6 pair cable that I made up using a 6 pin modular plug blank ( EU24 cable is missing ) will not bring up the EU24. I have scouted the web but I can not find out the pin out to confirm my cable build. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
