ETW-16DC-2 on a 2400IMX?

I received 20 ETW-16DC-2 telephones and they do not come up when plugged in as the ETJ-16DC-2 models. Is there a compatability issue here? What type of card do I need to run these phones? I'm new to the NEC product line, so thanks for the help.

try using the second pair (outside pair)of rj11 jack. The ETW sets are for the E-Pro / Elite systems but can be used with the 2400 if wired correctly.
