It's a really old P75 16MB Windows 95 PC. When I try to install this virus software client onto the machine, nothing happens. I'll clikc Install, and it just does nothing.

Are the specs too low? I can not find the min. specs anywhere, and I just need to confirm this with client. I don't have access to the manuals or readme file at this time. Trying to find specs on the web.

eTrust is supposed to run on Win95. But on a machine with that low of specs, if you somehow got it to install, I don't think that you could do anything productive. On my Win2K machine the RealTime portion of Etrust is using 10M of memory.

What is the machine used for?
If it's not on the internet, I wouldn't bother with AV software at all.

Well, it's used only for the Anzio Lite application on the Unix server. It IS on the network (1 network in the office with Win2k Domain and Unix server) but it's not going to be used for email, internet browsing, or file sharing. So yeah, I have already stated to them that it's not a major security risk at this time, but if it's going to be used for network activity to get a new PC with AV software.

They just want me to confirm the AV software won't install due to the low specs, but I can't find the specs.
