I've installed it completly, twice now, and I can't get the mail option to start, not even in the Administrator's View. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.. I had it started once, but that was right after I installed it the first time..

I've assined all my pc's/servers to a branch that I created under Organization in the Adminstrators View, think that I had to do that.. well it didn't help.. Anyone got any ideas???

Finally, I got it started, but I'm doing all kinds of test, like "Eicar test" from online, and it passes right through, even though I have it set to "Delete Infected File" when it's found..

I though CA's software was much easier than this.. very disappointing..
