ETR phones - message lights

Hello, we just upgraded a partner system to IP Office Partner mode. They are re-using their partner phones.

One extension has a message light that is only intermittently working. I am having them try to manually turn off/on the message light at that extension. Any other ideas? Is this a known issue for Partner phones?
 
I don't see any source number entries in Basic Partner edition...
 
There isn't source number with basic. I have never used Partner phones with basic, I always use 14xx and never had that issue. Possibly it is an ETR issue.
 
ya your right sorry about that, maybe seeing it is only 1 phone having this issue that the phone itself is the issue. Maybe try another phone to see if it resolves the issue.

 
With the handset on hook, press and hold the # button for 5 seconds, then lift the handset while still pressing #. The phone will ring and all lights will come on. Now you can tell if the LED for MW is working or not.
