Does anyone know of a loud bell/strobe that uses power over ethernet instead of 120 Vac to power it? We use a lot of the Wheelock units but it is a heck of a lot cheaper to get a PoE cable to the locations than it is to get an electrician to install an extra electic outlet...

Why not use an Algo Duet Ringer. You can put horns on it and you dont need an electrician to wire it.

haven't played with one yet, maybe the cisco forum has installed something with that power requirements.. a lot of there voip stuff is now ethernet powered instead of the old wall warts
