Hi,

Previously in Trucunix there's a /etc/printcap for specifying the printer setting. Is there something similar for HPUX ? Am sick of using the SAM command to edit it.

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

The files you are after are under /etc/lp/interface and /etc/lp/interface/model.orig/. There is a file for each printer, so you will need to edit all the ones you want to change.
