If ur logged in as admin, can u only make sheels work by putting them in the etc dir???

How can I make a log.rpt file via sysadmsh, or hoz can i redirect it???

Guessing here - are you asking how to make shell scripts executeable and/or accessible to others?

Put them in /usr/local/bin (you may have to create the directories 1st, then make sure /usr/local/bin in included in everyones PATH)
and do:
chmod +x <name of program>

As to the report - what are you trying to do?
What version of SCO do you have? (uname -X)
 
Nope it isn't! But I'm working with mixed keyboards here(azerty vs querty) this may explain some mistakes I made. :)

Working with SCO 3.x.
I'm checking if someone is trying to acces my account(normal user and root user), so I want to log the logins on these accounts!!
