eSynergy with Macola 9.6.3
When trying to export anything, such as a workflow, the export errors out. This is happening for all users. No message or explanation other than "Error" and no record to download the export from.
No settings have been changed to my knowledge, it just up and stopped one day.
I've pored over Exact whitepapers, checked all of the settings and background jobs on the eSynergy server, and I don't see anything out of place. Does anyone have an idea why all of a sudden our export feature would just start erroring out? Thanks in advance for any help.
