We are on Progression and eSynergy. I was wondering how people handle purchasing, manufacturing and sales documents in eSynergy. Does everyone make their sales/customer service staff the lowest security level and put the other docs at a higher level? We were going to use projects for purchasing and manufacturing so that the wrong documents won't be sent to customers or vendors. The problem is that when you limit who can see a document to project members - the members cannot see the documents under the item number - they can only see the documents in the project. I would like all notes, drawings, etc, pertaining to the item to be under the item. Any suggestions?
