I've binged this and searched on this site, but haven't found an answer... I am trying to find out if it is possible to attach a file such as a PDF directly to a workflow item in eSynergy. It can be done in a "document", but I have some workflow items that I'd like to be able to directly attach a PDF to. Is this possible? Thanks.

eSynergy - attaching PDF to workflow

To the best of my knowledge, no. However, you can start on a workflow, create a document, and then use the browsers back feature to return to the worflow and then add the reference to the newly created document. Kind of a pain that it has to be done this way, but this is the most convenient workaround I have found.
It may be that newer versions of Synergy have fixed this issue, but the client's I have that are using Synergy are also using Macola ES and they are scared (rightfully) of upgrading ES, which must be done to update Synergy.
