ESXI 6.7 with realtek drivers

Looking to load ESXI to a PC for some testing, free version and need to have the realtek drivers on the ISO. I have tried to load them with the PSCLI but I get a pink screen saying something about acceptance level. Not sure where to go now? Kind of a newbia to VMwarre.
