All-
An engineer created an account for me on ESX thru Linux command line.
He typed from Start/Run (I think, not sure where he did this from)something like "putty -ssh (his account)...
My question is.. did he do this from a Windows client in order to get him to ESX root? I will be taking over his position and am a bit shy in asking "how" he got there at this time..
Well anyway, when he did get to the command line for Linux, he then typed something like "useradd (then my user account)"
I am just trying to wrap this around in my mind to where he ran putty from in order to get to this ESX unit...
thanks for any feedback
