ESX 2 boot CD

I created a CD using the ISO image (ESX 2.1.2) that I downloaded from the VMware site, but the CD won't boot. If I use any different bootable CD in the server, it works. Anyone experiencing the same or having a solution?

Sounds like you got a bunk CD. Have you tried making another? Can you read or boot another machine from it?
