Estimating hours to migrate from one CICS

release to another. DO you have a formula for doing this?
The shop is CICS 4.1 migrating to CICS TS 1.3.
In your estimation, how many hours to install CICS TS 1.3 using Serverpac? And how many hours (per region) to setup/migrate one region from CICS 4.1 to CICS TS 1.3?
