Estimated Wait Time Display?

Does anyone know of a way to display the Estimated Wait Time? We would like to either display this on the phones, Wall Boards, or in a report. We have a G3r rel.11.

I thought it would be a VuStats feature, but it doesn't appear to be there...

The ewt is commonly found in split/skill status reports and is segmented to show the ewt of calls queued at high, medium, low, and top priorities.

Any decent wall board software would be able to pick this from the split/skill status report and put it on the wall for you.

Wall boards are really pricy however.... these days, for the 10K or 15K you pay for a decent board, and the associated software you can buy two or three plasma screen tv's with native VGA monitor inputs.

Hang those on the wall, and hook them up to any PC. Then you can run common CMS reports and see them from anywhere in the room.
