Essential Edition / Preferred Edition

Hi,

I need use Avaya Workplace (to use mobile phone to make calls), but my ip office have the essential edition.

Is necessary the preferred edition to add a power user.

It´s really necessary buy this licenses?

If yes, where can I buy these cheap licenses?

You can also use a softphone license instead and can use IX Workplace as a simple softphone.
