Essbase Analytics vs MSOLAP

Hello,

I have mostly been working with MSOLAP and Cognos solutions in the past but just recieved a job offer to work with essbase on the OLAP part. I was just wondering if this is a very easy migration or am I going to be stuck on the first day. I have tried looking at other posts and the hyperion site but they haven't really given me much of an answer.
