ESRI/GIS MapControl problem

I have a back SQL database with front end ms access ADP
I have ArcGIS desktop 9.1 installed in my computer
I made a form and inserted an ActiveX control of ESRI MapControl,
It works fine in my own comptuer ....
but when other users access the database through ADP connected to SQL SERVER 2000.
when they click open the Form which has ESRI MapControl
it gives an error massage of "there is no object in this control".
What should I do to solve this problem.

Perhaps install ArcGIS desktop 9.1 on other users computer ?
