I have a customer that wants the phone extension to show up in the history file when someone dials 911. I know you need to have MTC under user in ld 17 but what else is involved? Switch is an opt 61c

911 needs to be an ESA number in LD 24. Pre release 5, MTC will show OSN alerts - I think after that, you need a dedicated TTY and add USER OSN.

This is a recent ESA book (you probably do not need to read it all) - https://www.google.com/search?q=NN43001-613

Simple way, play around in LD24
