Has anyone ever tried to configure ESN on Call Pilot. I have multiple sites that we are trying to get off of CDP and use LOC codes to each location. I'm having a hard time trying to get the lamp to light on the phone at the remote end. Please HELP. Thx in advance.

Same problem here. Configured the satellite location, the satellite ACDN's and updated the SDN table on the messaging server. Confirmed loc codes work between the sites.
However no message waiting indicator and the call pilot announces the mailbox user with the location code leading the user extension. User extension being 7499 and the loc code being 8. The person at extension 87499 is not available to take your call... Whets weird is, there is no mailbox built as 87499.

There maybe an insertion on the Route or Digit Manipulation tables and you may want to check your PNI settings at each site...They should all be the same
Cheers !!

You can also get away with inserting the 87499 as a second extension in call pilot. The lamp will light up that way as well. That was our initial quick fix.

It is carrying the original number dialed through the network; What release of software on the PBX? I know there was a patch for this specific problem and it is a PBX patch, not a Call Pilot patch.
