ESMTP Time Out

Good Afternoon.

I have the Raptor firewall. I am having trouble with a couple of my clients that are unable to send email to me. They indicate that they get a timed out error return, indicating that the connection to my email server timed out when attempting to connect. I do a telnet session and it does time out. I am getting plenty of mail from many other sources though. Any ideas?
