ESM on WS not seeing interface

Still trying to get my Dual Homing setup working the way I want it to...but NOW when I use my workstation's copy of Exchange System Manager the External SMTP Virtual Server shows up as bound to "All Unassigned", and the external NIC is not even listed in the drop dop list.

ESM on the actual Exchange server is still correct - both interfaces listed, each server bound to a particular interface.

WTF?
