Does anyone know how to delete a VM box on this system which has greetings and / or messages in the box in question. I know you can't delete boxes that have greetings or messages. I also can't seem to find anywhere in the system that you can reset a password on a VM box to get in to delete the greeting / messages. Any advice would be appreciated.

You can log into the mailbox using your administrator password and delete the messages so the mailbox can become deletable.
