Our company is considering taking on the ESI IVX20C, IVX42S, and the IVX 128E..........All feedback is welcomed both positive and negative.......

All product made by ESI are good. Good Customer support.
Been doing this business for 30 yrs. Easiest system to program and for user use.

You can't beat this system. Very user-friendly, easy to program, the "very, very, best technical support out there".
This system has been on the market for awhile, and has only gotten better with time.
I have installed well over 300 of these systems, and with everyone of them installed, all customers have thanked me over and over again. Most get spoiled with all the features and ease of use. I'm sure they will all be IVX customers for life...Good Luck

Two thumbs up from me - as an ex avaya dealer i have found esi to be a far more supportive company - better tech support, better sales support and the systems themselves are great - easy to program and use - my only knock is the lack of an inexpensive phone set.

Thanks guys for your responses. From what I'm reading thus far we should give ESI serious consideration.

Wanted to ask 1 other question. How is the reliability of the ESI product line.

i have been selling their equipment for over a year - i would say reliability of the equipment is very similar to avaya (very reliable) - reliability of the support services is tremendous - i am very picky when it comes to customer service and they have kept me very happy - with avaya i get a letter every 6 months from the new channel manager who promises to be in touch on a regular basis - 6 months later i get the same letter from the new channel person etc.. - also their pricing structure rewards their succesful dealers with a significant price decrease as sales grow.

Product line is great!!! Our return for failures is less than 1%. If you do become a dealer, make sure you buy a demo kit. My sales closings have increased to 88% when I demo the system for prospective customers...Good Luck.

I would concur with the above Posts. My company has been an ESI dealer for 4 years, we've installed over 200 of these systems. We enjoy supporting them, and our customers enjoy using them.
