ESE Event Errors in Event Viewer

I constantly from time to time get these events in the log that happen about every 2 seconds from anywhere between 30 minutes and an hour and a half.

ESEUTIL (6500) The database engine 6.05.7638.0002 started. ESEUTIL (7200) The database engine stopped.

and so on...

I wanted to see if anyone has any idea why this keeps happening on occastion.
