Hi!
we are Running Netbackup 4.5 FP6. When we try to backup storage group 2 on our Exchenge 2000 server we get an error and the backup stops. We get this error in theh systmen log.
Information Store (36440) Callback function call ErrESECBGetDatabasesInfo ended with error 0x8004010F .
And this error in Netbackup
2004-06-10 08:42:31 - Error bpbrm(pid=2928) from client titan: ERR - failure reading file: Microsoft Information Store:\Storage Group 2\Log files (BEDS 0xFFFFFE30: A communications failure has occurred.
