Does anyone know the meaning of the escape sequences:
{esc}&f#I
{esc}&f#J
I've only seen them once, as part of a set of sequences which appears to be defining a custom paper size:
{esc}&f6123i7908J
{esc}&l101A
where the {esc}&l101A sequence (definitely) indicates 'select paper size = custom'.
I suspect that the unknown sequences indicate the required custom paper width and height (in decipoint units); can anyone confirm this?.
[Annoyingly, I don't know what settings I used (within Word2K + XP driver for LJ4200dtn) to cause these values to be generated - I've tried to generate them again (using print-to-file), but have so far failed dismally - even with 'custom paper size' selected, the driver now appears to select a standard size (e.g. A4 or Letter)]
