Escape codes required

Does anyone have any idea where I can get hold of the escape codes (bold on/off, italic on/off, etc.) for a dot matrix printer such as the EPSON FX-80 (which was a fairly 'generic' printer in its time)? I have an old program written in Foxpro 2.5 DOS, and some of the hand-written reports require the codes sent directly to the printer port.

Any help would be appreciated.

Probably would be a faster answer than waiting for someone here to look it up.
