ESAM not displaying DN's on M3904

ESAM aka Emergency Stand Alone Mode on a Meridian Option 11C is not displaying DN's on the phones at site with a Mini Carrier Remote. The Universal Trunk is configured with multiple analog lines but the DN's aren't showing up on the M3904 phones. Although it does not display, you can hit key 0 and dial out an analog line - it just doesn't display. How can we change this?

I believe that is working as designed, when in ESAM
you are working on very little processing power, just
enough to make the phones work.

We actually have 13 remote sites and all of them except this one display DN's when in ESAM mode
This particular site actually used to display the DN but stopped working when equipment was replaced [didgital ine card and universal trunk card]

reload the firmware on those sets

We updated the firmware on several phones, but to no avail...

it would almost have to be the firmware or a patch.. whats the dep list look like on that site?

What is a dep list? I dont' know what all the abreviations are...

There are some ESM programming that needs to be completed from the MMI of the remote unit including the DN and where the transfer button is.

Make sure that is all in place.

Dep list is a list of patches inthe PBX.
