esage gateway problem

Hi,

I have esafe gateway and I have a problem....
I have a graphic for http (internet), email incomming et outgoing email and the graphic tell me if i have a traffic but each morning and each afternoon my incomming / outgoing mail graphic fall down not http.

Result: I can't not send and receive external email.
When I close Esafe gateway service and I restart it. Everything will go up ... And the pattern restart each days. I have no log in my event viewer.. What can I check for fix this problem ....

sounds like a support call to the guys who put in the esafe gateway, or if its a script, you shopuld be able to allow specified images through. Look for logs elsewhere other than the event viewer ... if it's been developed as a multi platform utility, it's not going to write to the event log, but rather its own logs
