ESA 911 to TTY problem???

I used to have the 911 calls setup to notify the tty ports and an OSN key on 3904 set. I was told the other day that outr security phone is not being notified of this. I made some test calls and verified that I am not getting the info on the maint term, or the tty i dial into. It is also not in the history file. I looked in LD 24 and verified it is set up to go to the phone with OSN programmed. Also checked TTY ports to see if they were setup for USER=MTC, and they were. What is my problem?

I mean to get the OSN to pop out on the TTY, you need USER OSN. OSN to a station should work regardless of the TTY, I agree.

Okay, I have been testing the ESA. You have to have MTC on the TTY. (which I did.) I ended up removing the ESA block and rebuilding it, and it started working. I'm not sure why!!! All I can say is "That's Nortel
