ERS trunking?

1. How should QOS be set up? Should the trunks be set up in the class TRUSTED and the non-trunks in $qosDisabledIfcs?

2. How should rate-limit be set up? Should the trunks be "rate-limit port x/x 0" and the non-trunk ports be "rate-limit port x/x-x both 0"?
