ERS 3524 Training

Does anyone know if Avaya offers any training on the ERS3500 switches? I've have some luck setting up small systems with the Run IP Office Verbose script but I'd like to know the switches better and I don't know much about layer 3 switching. When I've asked Cisco guys for help, they usually cant figure out the commands and terminology used by Avaya. I've looked on Avaya-learning and didn't find anything but sales courses for the networking solutions.
