Unless it is already done by the HMC's Service Focal Point, log a service call with IBM. This system may have deconfigured some memory DIMMs that will possibly need replacing...

google for B123E500 -> "Bad Hardware"

With p5, call IBM for some new memory, it is failing.

I'd guess it is a p570 - lots of DDR1 and DDR2 memory problems...
