Anyone have any insight on these two errors. the documentation is not that specific

0016 a module dual port RAM failure was detected(024 module)
000A A RAM failure was detected in the processor (3.0 processor)

I would BZ it out and do a demand test.

Then look at the error log again and see if it says "Test register bad"

I did that it was a bad 024 card
