Can anyone please tell me what these errors are and how do I remove them??? Thank you

It is a power feed error. Depending on what vintage and type your digital boards are you will probably have to unplug the phone for about 30seconds to clear the error. If it keeps erroring out than you may need to replace the circuit pack(or check for a short in the wiring, a busted jack, a bad set, or a incorrect set type).

Errors are not necessarily something broken on the system. U will always have errors in your pbx and if u are not getting complaints, then they are not to be worried about. If u are having troubles, then even though u don't have any alarms, u can use the errors to try and find out what is causing the problem. If u have any alarms in the system this is the first place to look to correct problems.
Digital lines sometimes have trouble because of routing cable too close to higher power lines, or interference by copiers, fax machines, or synthetic wigs causing static electricity.
