errors when shutting down TS

I am getting 2 errors when i shut down my TS, but the server seems to be running ok otherwise. just wondering if anyone knows why i get errors referencing memory for cqmghost.exe and vgagent.exe when i shut down the machine, it is a bit worrying??!
