In MS Outlook with Exchange Server, errors occur while trying to move, archive or delete more than one email at the same time. The problem seems to be related to emails with attachments.
Does anyone recognize this, and if so is there a workaround?

This problem may be related to your server's virus scan. I saw this problem when I first installed McAfee GroupShield Exchange virus scan on the server. The problem was that the virus scan was trying to scan all of the attachments before they were archived and it couldn't keep up so I would get an error message in Outlook. The solution was to run a full scan on the entire e-mail system. If the e-mail is marked as "scanned", GroupShield will not try to re-scan it when it is archived.
