Errors of an unknown sort. 1

Can anyone tell me what the following errors on the switch would point to. They fired the phone tech, and I was appointed the new one, because that transfers the knowledge automatically... right?

The errors are
MTCE name Error type
CO-TRK 3329
CO-TRK 1537

Indicates a problem with dial tone from the central office. Most likely, lack of dial tone.
