Here what i have , we are using exchange has our v-mail system with geomant MWI , per my window server eng's and goemant my CS1k isnt sending a responds in a timely manner and is causing the light to not come or to stay on once a message has been read or deleted . is there a way for me to get log/ error reports from my signaling server.

errors logs from the main signaling server

You should be able to look at a event log or go in through PDT for additional logs, if you have access that is.
